A total of 31 students from China took part in academic orientation activities for the BIPA credit transfer program. Most of the students take Indonesian language and literature education study programs, while others take Javanese language education and German language education study programs. 8 students came from Beijing Language and Culture University.

Friday, March 1, 2024, at 13.30 WIB SMP Negeri 3 Turi visited the Faculty of Language, Arts and Culture, Yogyakarta State University. The visit of SMP Negeri 3 Turi was in the framework of Visit Campus as well as technical guidance and tour of the Performance building in FBSB UNY.

Tuesday, March 19, 2024, Vice Dean of Research and Cooperation, FBSB Information System, Dr. Zulfi Hendri, M.Sn. Accompanied by Head of Language Service Unit (ULB) FBSB, Ashadi, M.Hum., Ed.D. Secretary of ULB, Dr. Tri Kusnawati, M.Hum., Head of Administrative Services and several academic staff of ULB officially received a visit from the Language Academic Support Unit Team of the State Polytechnic of Bali in the ILCC room of the Language Service Unit FBSB UNY.

The Faculty of Languages, Arts, and Culture conducted a cultural exchange with Aichi University of Education - Japan. The activity took place from March 15-19, 2024 in Yogyakarta. A total 16 students from AUE and accompanied by two professors.

Faculty of Languages, Arts, and Culture (FBSB) UNY held a BIPA Training on 25-26 January 2024. The activity was held at the FBSB UNY campus, Suryomentaram Building, on the 1st floor, in the Cine Club room. The training was opened officially by the Dean of the Faculty of Languages, Arts and Culture, Prof. Nur Hidayanto Pancoro Setyo Putro, S.Pd., M.Pd., Ph.D. The participants were BIPA teachers, both beginners and those who have taught BIPA before.

Keluarga Mahasiswa Magister & Doktoral (KMMD) Fakultas Bahasa, Seni, dan Budaya Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta melaksankan kegiatan Seminar ProTEFL. Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung pada hari Sabtu, 16 Maret 2024 bertempat di Ruang Seminar Lt.3 Gedung M. Yamin (Pusat Layanan Akademik) FBSB.
